I had a problem with my ethernet cable and Steven Bishop came out and helped. My cord wasn't working and its Friday and I have an exam on Monday. Steven still came out to help me after hours to make sure I can still study for my exams. He was able to help fix my outlet so I can get my internet back up and running. I truly appreciate all of his help!!

Aaron, our Assistant Manager at Woodbrook Village, put on a Halloween party for renters. It was really nice....food, sweet treats, a movie, and a chance to meet other residents. Maintenance was awesome! I called on short notice and they were there within 20 minutes and completing the task with great enthusiasm, no complaints, and it was done very thoroughly.

I absolutely have loved living here the past two years. I moved to Lansing knowing NO ONE. I was so scared - had no idea where to live. Luckily, I found Woodbrook Village. The staff is so friendly - they all know me by name and are so generous and helpful. Anytime I have needed maintenance (which is rare because the upkeep here is great!) they have fixed the issue ASAP - less than 24 hrs. You always see the maintenance and grounds crew taking care of everything and they always say hello! Anytime I have ever had a question the front office staff has been helpful, even staying after their office hours to assist me. Where else can you find that? The amenities are great and the pool is always clean. Laundry in every building and pretty cheap! Quiet, and safe. Everyone is so nice! Great neighbors. Honestly, if these were condos I would have bought one already. I just love living here. My apartment is so cute and homey. They have a great deal with Spartan Net so TV and internet are cheap and work great! Rent is super fair! Nothing but great things to say!

Anytime we need anything done, Cherish and Scott are always there to help. Scott is so handy and honestly the nicest guy. He came to upgrade our lighting and not only was he super fast, but completely polite and professional. When we decided to renew our lease for the third time instead of moving elsewhere, the staffing here (leasing office is awesome as well) was the real reason we decided to stay.

So happy hear that maintenance was able to help you out with everything Danielle. We are excited to have you here for another year at Woodbrook!

I've been living at Woodbrook since November and have absolutely no complaints. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The gym in the office is small but has everything you need! My roommate and I already resigned for next year, we love it!
